    Recently updated form Windows 10 to Windows 11 and got a new graphics card Nvidia 5070ti and updated it with new drivers. Processor is Intel i7 9700k.Twice over the past 2 days I suddenly have all my applications go non responsive, and after that if I go back to trying to play a specific game named Black Desert the frame rate drops to 1-5FPS unless I restart the PC. Tried launching 40k Rogue Trader a different game and that did not have any issues, was running perfectly at 100FPS.Today my applications went non responsive again, my screen went fully black for a few seconds, and when it loaded b
