Windows 10: Non working program icons from my former job on my desktop

Hello, I still have some accounting software icons from my previous job on my desktop at home. I don't want to have them on my computer. I can't access them anyway. Can someone guide me in removing those icons? I use to access my former job's one drive from home but now I don't and I don't want to. I really need help removing any job related software still on my computer.Thanks,Hermann

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

 

GPU-Z Program Icon Submission

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.

 

Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

• Right click on the desktop.
• Click on view
• Check the option auto arrange icons.
