Windows 10: None of my applications are able to update. I also can't download anything!

So this happened very recently where I am not able to download or update absolutely anything including some of my games. Could this be a virus? I have KasperskyAntiVirus and I did a full scan but it didn't show anything. When I try to download something it just says "Failed - Network error" but my internet connection is fine. Im able to do everything normally on my other computer. Any help i can get is much appreciated.

In order to download applications successfully to your phone, I advise you to follow the simple steps below:

• From a PC, open the following link: store.ovi.com
• Sign into your account, search the application you wish to download, enter your mobile number in the box provided and click on "send free SMS".
  
• You will shortly receive a text. Open the link from the text message, your application will install on you device. Note that this requires an internet connection on your phone.

Not able to install exe file created in WINDEV application

Let's get this issue with the Windows Store sorted. In order to diagnose the problem, we suggest that you try the following methods:

Method 1: Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. This troubleshooter fixes problems that may prevent apps from downloading and installing correctly. To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

Method 2: Manually reset the Windows Store app cache then try to download apps again. To manually reset, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt, and right-click Command Prompt
  from the results.
• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

We also recommend that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.
