Windows 10: None of my drivers are being detected after installing Windows 10

So I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my Dell Inspiron N7110 and now I'm having issues with all of my drivers not being recognized. My screen resolution is stuck in 1280x720 and its only recognizing Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. I tried to update the drivers from Dell's website, but it kept giving me errors anytime I would attempt to update. Is there any way to fix the resolution issue? I've searched around but couldnt find anything pertaining to my particular situation.

Program Is Not Listed in Add/Remove Programs After Installation

I recently wiped my SSD to do a clean install of Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. None of the programs installed on my Hard Drive (Secondary drive) are being detected.

 

Windows 10 installer never finds Chipset Drivers

Windows 10 is not detecting the chipset.

When I installed Windows 10 cleanly, I would connect to the internet during the installation and while most drivers get installed and a few more from Windows Update after the install, the chipset hardware is not even detected, despite the
fact that Windows 10 drivers for it do exist; you update the (manually installed) chipset drivers in the Device Manager and it will download and install the correct (and up-to-date) Windows 10 chipset drivers.

The problem appears to be that Windows 10 is not actually detecting the chipset, despite Windows 10 drivers being available for it.
