Windows 10: None of my games will open on my pc and it won’t let me download anything either

Today I got home and turned on my pc, when I did I couldn’t open any of my games. So I tried resetting my pc completely wiping the files and stuff. So when I did that I tried reinstalling my game, when I tried doing that the time of the file download kept going up and it never moved. So I’ve tried everything I could and I can’t seem to figure out the issue with it. I can’t download a single thing, no games or nothing. Not even simple things.

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically

For a better clarity on the issue, please answer the below questions;

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
