Windows 10: None of my Windows apps will open after a fresh reset

I had to reset my PC recently and now none of the Windows apps will open. The Microsoft store, Films & TV, Photos, anything that comes default with Windows 10 won't open. certain apps such as the Microsoft Store will attempt to start and then close immediately afterwardsI've already tried reinstalling them multiple times via Powershell and every other fix I've found on this website and many others and I'm getting nowhere.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

  Search for Fresh paint app and click on
  Install.

Hi,

Since the feature just disappeared after the update, there is a possibility that the feature was removed intentionally. We can try to reset the app to make sure all the feature on updated version is included by following the steps below:

• Type settings on the search box.
• On the Windows Settings window, click on System.
• Select App & features on the left pane of the window.
• Look for the Fresh Paint app on the list and click on it.
• Once you click on the app, an Advance option link will appear and click it.
  
• Click the Reset button.
• Exit out of the window and open the Fresh Paint app and check if the feature is still missing.
