Windows 10: None of the browsers work

ALL my browsers failed on Dec. 14, 2023... No updates were done that day; no changes were made to anything. They were working great in the morning, but that evening Edge, Chrome, FF, all failed: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Other non web-based apps seem to be working correctly. I have a VMware Windows 11 Home virtual machine VM loaded on the same PC, and ALL the browsers inside the VM work just fine. I've reset the ISP modem, wireless router, cleared cache, disabled virus scan Kaspersky, tried Safe Mode "Diagnostic Mode" was a nightmare; nothing seems to be able to restore the browsers to

Site links not working in Chrome or Edge

Have you tried resetting your browser? If not, we suggest you to do so. To reset Edge, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Browser Settings.
  
• 
  Clear
  Browser Data.
  
• 
  Close the browser and launch it again.
  

If the issue persist, follow these other steps:

• 
  Go to
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click on
  MicrosoftedgeCP.exe
  
• 
  End the task.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Edge browser is not working!!!!

I would suggest you to try restarting Microsoft Edge Browser and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Open task manager right click on Microsoft Edge and go to details click on microsoftedgeCP.exe and click end task
  
•
