Windows 10: Nonexecute=optout

I have encountered in windows 10 nonexecute=optout in mh laptop participation 2 hard disk 669daa4e And laptop is not starting and not advance option or repair option appears.

DEP OptOut not working

Per STIGs we have to do the BCDEDIT /set {current} nx OptOut command on all our machines but when we run it on our Windows 10 machines it says Successfully Completed but SCAP is still showing it as a finding. We have asked the Devs of SCAP and they say that there has been a code change by MS and this command needs updating.

Check Text: Verify the DEP configuration.
Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) or PowerShell with elevated privileges (Run as administrator).
Enter "BCDEdit /enum {current}". (If using PowerShell "{current}" must be enclosed in quotes.)
If the value for "nx" is not "OptOut", this is a finding.
(The more restrictive configuration of "AlwaysOn" would not be a finding.)

Fix Text: Configure DEP to at least OptOut.

Note: Suspend BitLocker before making changes to the DEP configuration.

Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) or PowerShell with elevated privileges (Run as administrator).
Enter "BCDEDIT /set {current} nx OptOut". (If using PowerShell "{current}" must be enclosed in quotes.)
"AlwaysOn", a more restrictive selection, is also valid but does not allow applications that do not function properly to be opted out of DEP.

Opted out exceptions can be configured in the "System Properties".

Open "System" in Control Panel.
Select "Advanced system settings".
Click "Settings" in the "Performance" section.
Select the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
Applications that are opted out are configured in the window below the selection "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:".

Need solution ASAP as this is coming up as a CAT1 item

Cannot install Windows 10 stuck in BIOS

IT'S AN HP Pavilion dv6000

I was downloading windows 10 & preparing to install it when I received the error message from the windowsw boot manager.

when I hit ctrl/alt/del, I came up with edit boot options for: windows 7

any suggestions??
