Windows 10: Nonstop Continous BSOD in Windows 11. HELP PLEASE...

Hello,So I bought a custom PC and installed Windows 11 Pro. There has been no issues for the few years I've had it up until a few weeks ago. I have not moved the PC or installed any other updates aside from recommended Windows Updates in Windows settings. After going down the Microsoft Support rabbit hole and endless Google/Youtube research on how to fix this I've come to an over

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
