Windows 10: normal headphone cant hear after windows update

well, after windows update, my 3 headphones only the one side with mic headphoneliterally one side just only one ear headphone can connect and hear sound. i tried reset my pc to make it normal but seems not working. it connect like mic apps can connect headphone but no soundthe reasons may be the problem my normal headphone cant connect, 1. the pc headphone plug broken cause my one side headphone sometimes need rotate till it can normal reception 2. update made a bug that my headphones cant connect anymore else reason i don't know cause i'm not good at pc things. really need somebody

Headphones are very Quiet in one hear and fine in the other

There's a possibility that some settings in your sound properties are not properly set. For possible solution, we suggest that you follow the suggested workaround provided by

We also suggest that you check the balance level of your headphone by following these steps:

• Right click the little speaker icon near the clock on the taskbar.
• Click Playback devices.
• Double-click the Headphones.
• Click the Levels tab.
• Then check the Balance of left and right.

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.
