Windows 10: Norton is broken with nVidia drivers

Hello,

i have big problem with nvidia drivers for My GTX 970 G1 Gaming, practically if i use driver after 368.81 norton go in crash (iu interface), I do not have this problem with the 368.81 driver or earlier!

This only happens when I close the Norton interface (desktop)

Microsoft now requires install from windows update the driver 376.53,I again have this problem!

Help me please, what I do?

Windows update automatic updatess broken driver everytime

Help me please ! Someone ! Windows 10 automatically updates my nvidia driver to a broken driver everytime, i can't stop it from happening, this is really frustrating as i'm using an older version of the nvidia driver because it's the only working one for
windows 10.

 

stop approving broken nVIDIA drivers!

nVidia acknowledged that 364.47 driver was causing BSOD and boot problems and about 3 days later replaced it with 364.51 to fix those problems, which that new version did. 364.51 is working perfectly. How do I know this? Because I have installed it and have
had No problems at all !!

I have installed the 364.51 driver on my two desktop computers and also on a laptop and it's working without any problems on All three !

 

If you are having problems with Norton's, call their support tech's, they are pretty good, and its Free support for any registered owner of Norton's. That would be your best bet.
If you contact them thru online or thru phone support, you can get a tech to log on to your computer and repair the problem. I never use their Help forum. Prefer to talk with their tech's.

it was they who suggested to change my drivers, so I found out that they were actually drivers!


If now the contact, They tell me to use the norton tool remover (I run ten times)
so I think it makes no sense to contact them,Unfortunately

 

I've been running Norton for years, and have always used their tech support .....and NEVER used their Help Forum. I would contact one of their tech's 1st by talking to one of them online, then if needed, one of them will access your computer remotely to repair. I am NOT using any beta version of Norton's tho. Not sure if you are or not. Still think this is your best choice.

 

I am also using a Nvidia grapic's card on my Norton's, not the same card as you are thou with no issues.

 

Latest nVidia drivers are notorious for being buggy for some people.
