Windows 10: Norton VPN

Discus and support Norton VPN in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have been unable to use my Norton VPN since the rollout of Windows 10 version.     I have been unable to use my Norton VPN since the rollout of Windows 10 version. Anyone else having this problem ? If so how did you solve it ?

    I am not an expert about Vpn and that's why I would like to know if someone could list me a few trusted Vpns, I would really appreciate any suggestion/ advice.
