Windows 10: not able to activate windows 10

Hi, I am having trouble activating windows 10.I brought a WIN 10 physical CD with serial no printed on package with build date 09/16/2020, from a company from which I purchased my PC in 2020 I have the invoice .Till now windows worked well, now I have a message to go to settings to activate windows, when I do that, I go to setting to activate, and insert the product key, but the key is not accepted and error message code shown is: 0xc004f050.I have the original CD, and every info needed, end item pin, carton no, coa barcode etcPlease help, Thx

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack
