Windows 10: Not able to add laptop device into my existing microsoft account.

Hello Team,I am not able add my new laptop device to the 'Microsoft Device' section into my existing microsoft account.Please help at the earliest I have also tried troubleshoot steps as provided but no luck.Thanks and Regards,Narendra

Laptop not listed in Devices in Microsoft Account

Hi. When I log into my Microsoft account and check under Devices, I only see 3 out of 4 devices that I use with the account. Listed are two nokia windows phones running win 8.1 and 1 hp stream 11 laptop running windows 10.

My main hp-15 laptop running windows 10 is not listed.

I've tried the steps here:

Add a trusted device to your Microsoft account

to make it a trusted device but it doesn't make my hp-15 laptop listed.

I would suggest you to try the steps below to make sure the laptop has been verified.

1. Sign in to the main computer with your Microsoft Account.

2. Press Windows key + I to open settings

3. Click on "accounts" and select "your account" on the left pane.

4. Check if the option to verify your identity is available.

5. If so, click "verify" and follow the on-screen instructions.

6. Once that is done, begin the setup steps given in the article
and check again.

Microsoft Account devices list.

Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.
