  1. Not Able To Change Resolution to 3440x1440 in Windows 11???

Hi everyone! I have a MSI notebook nvidia gforce gtx1650 with a second screen AOC CU34P2A. The monitor is working , but the resolution is awful. Windows display settings are not letting me change the resolution to 3440 x 1440. The highest it will go is 2560 x 1080. I'm using the HDMI cord that came with the AOC monitor, and plugging it into the HDMI port form de notebook.I've run the windows updates and the display drivers show to be current. How do I need to make the 3440x1440 setting available for the monitor? is this a problem of the cables of a problem with windows?

    :)

Not Able To Change Resolution to 3440x1440 in Windows 10???

    Hi everyone!

I have a Surface Book and a new HP Envy 34c monitor. The monitor is working , but the resolution is awful. Windows display settings are not letting me change the resolution to 3440 x 1440. The highest it will go is 1920 x 1200.
I'm using the HDMI cord that came with the HP monitor, and plugging it into a "Mini Displayport to HDMI" adapter, which is plugged into the Surface Book Mini DP port.

I've run the windows updates and the display drivers (Intel HD Graphics 520 and NVIDIA GeForce GPU) show to be current.

What do I need to make the 3440x1440 setting available for the monitor? Is it something with the cables?
