    not able to connect to make an in game purchase


    I tried over the past 3 days to make an in app purchase Jewels of Egypt of an offer of 400 jewels for £16.74 without any luck. Today the offer has obviously ended and only 200 are now on offer. I am not a happy bunny!!

    Hi James,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.
    • Select Internet Options and go to Advanced
      tab
    • Uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk and click
      OK.
    • Now check if you are able to make the purchase.

    More info is needed:



    • What game is that exactly?
    • I that happen with one game only or any other as well?
    • Was working before with other games?
    • Which payment method are you using
    • Can you see your payment method add to your account in the wallet app?
    • Can you install (purchase) from the web page? www.windowsphone.com?
