  1. Not able to do anything with the WindowsApps folder

so recently i downloaded cinebench from store and it took me a minute to find where its installed and it was under ProgramFiles->WindowsApps and since i wanted to install it on my usb flash drive so i can run it on any pc have or get without installing itits not the only thing i put on it and i see i didnt have access at all to open the folder, to change any security features and so i uninstalled cinebench and downloaded it from the website and when i went to extract it saw windows somehow copied 3 folders to my usb drive, userfolder, WindowsApps, and a temp folder, the other 2 folders was empty and able to be deleted while WindowsApps had 3 items in it so it wouldnt let me open it or delete it or nothing and so i tried to move it off of my usb drive and made a 3rd undeletable copy on my boot drive2nd on that drive and so i try to move it again and made another copy on by hdd so now i have 3 unwanted unable to be deleted WindowsApps folders and no clue what to do to delete it and i have no clue how and need help with it, i thought about there being a possibility where i can get a win 7 boot drive where i think its possible to delete that folder on my hdd and flash drive but if i can that still leaves me a unwanted folder on my ssdwin 10 boot drive

    :)

WindowsApps folder says permissions are corrupted and need to be deleted, is this normal or critical?

According to your description, I suggest you try the following steps:

    1. Navigate to the location C:\Program Files.
    2. Right-click on the WindowsApps folder, and select Properties.
    3. Turn to Security tab and click on Advanced.
    4. Click on Change and then type Users in Enter the object name to select area.
    5. Click on OK, then click Apply > OK. You can also add the TrustedInstaller to the users list and check if it takes effect.

However, you might be still not able to access the files. The workaround is to go inside the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\, and repeat the same way with the Microsoft.WindowsStore* folders.
