Are you able to follow them?

• Click Run as administrator.
• Type wsreset, and press Enter.

We also recommend that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.

Not able to download anything from windows 10

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
• Are you able to browse using your Internet?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

There is a possibility that after performing a factory reset, the system or Windows Store apps are updating on the background, and it is consuming your bandwidth. We suggest that you check your Windows update settings and Windows Store if there are any pending/on-going
updates.
