Windows 10: Not able to get recovery key of bit locker

Hello, I'm having a problem with accessing my bitlocker recovery keys. Every time I go to manage my recovery key I get an error. I've tried doing it on multiple devices and networks. I don't know why this is happening. This is the message I receive " TraceID Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us. "Yes, I have waited and tried again. The only thing that changes is the traceID code. Please help me with this matter so I can use my laptop soon.

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

 

Bit locker recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
