Windows 10: Not able to install SQL EXPRESS SERVER 2022,Getting: unable to install sql serverseptu.exe...

I have downloaded the new installer and while installing the server getting error "unable to install sql serverseptu.exe exit codeDecimal2061893606 description. wait on the database engine recovery handle failed." I am using windows 11 and I also changed ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes REG_MULTI_SZ * 4095but still getting same error.

SQL Express 2022 Installation is failing with error code - 2068052310

Hello Team,

Prerequisite:

SQL 2019 Express is installed and working properly.

Action performed:

SQL Express 2022 Installation is failing with error code 2068052310 in my Windows 10 (22 H2) machine.

below message is from the Summary.txt which was created by SQL installer

Reason for failure: An error occurred for a dependency of the feature causing the setup process for the feature to fail.

when I searched against the error code, I found suggestions to uninstall ODBC driver 17 and retry the SQL installation.

I could not find the root cause why this issue would occur.

It would be of great help if someone please tell me if this can be detected before hand. We can mention this in readme, asking user to do a pre check and then perform the installation.
