Windows 10: Not able to login on my pc

So I wake up this morning to find that my laptop (windows 10) is saying that I can't sign in right now and that my password (and I've changed it to see if that's the issue) is wrong. I've had trouble reaching the troubleshooting screen, and reaching the login screen. And when I logged on mobile it said my email was spamming people and I haven't cleared out my email since last year, and I found nothing. So can someone explain to me what the hell is going on here?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Hi,

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.
