Not able to open MS office and Adobe Reader even after correct install all other software are working fine

Adobe Reader not opening

I re-installed Adobe Reader DC. It worked for a few hours and then stopped working.

Windows diagnostics said the program is incompatible.

What should I try next?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader DC
and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall
Adobe Reader DC:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Look for Adobe Reader DC
  and right click on it and click on uninstall.
  
• 
  Reboot the computer after uninstall is complete and try to reinstall them.

Adobe Reader LE

Which device are you using?

Please try

• Select Menu > Applications > Office > Adobe PDF.
  
• Select Purchase.
• In Quickmanager view, select "Adobe Reader LE 2.5" and select
  Options > Open.
• Select Purchase.
• Enter payment information.
• After the payment has been confirmed, Quickmanager downloads and activates Adobe Reader LE full license.
  

Note that you don't need to purchase and download Adobe Reader from Ovi Store if you already have Adobe Reader trial version pre-installed in your device.

To check for Adobe Reader software updates:

• Select Menu > Applications > Office > Adobe PDF.
  
• Select Updates and upgrades.
