Windows 10: NOT ABLE TO PLAY AUDIO, NOT ABLE UNINSTALL AND INSTALL PROGRAMS, NOT GETTING ADMINISTRATOR...

Hello, i way uninstalling mysql and i accidentally double clicked on that after that something was happening and it was taking so long that i got frustrated and restarted my laptop immediately. but after restart a lot of things malfunctioned.


1. My laptop inbuilt speaker and mic stopped working Troubleshoot is also not working .



2. Start and taskbar frezzed and settings was not opening.>> after one more restart it worked.

3. Not able to uninstall and program.specially mysql.its also showing special symbol





after trying to uninstall mysql following appear





4. All though i am system administrator its showing me as local account but when i open accounts it show me as a administrator.









5. Also popular fix aren't working like troubleshooter and regedit.





also in cmd this is also not working





6. i tried to logout then log in that also din't worked .










please help what should i do

Program not listed to be able to uninstall

When navigating to Control Panel/Programs to be able to uninstall Quicken, The program is not listed to be able to uninstall. The program is installed and I can locate in the Program Files, but is not listed to uninstall. I have heard that if I were to
just delete the program, this is not a wise thing to do. Help please.

 

Not able to install and uninstall any installer using window installer

I have encounter problem where I am not able to uninstall or install any software using window installer. It will prompt me error 1603 or error 2203.

I have try to run the MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab but not able to run as this program will have error too.

Try to stop and start msiexec program as suggested but not able to solve the problem also. My user account is already administrator and I keep having this issues. Even after I reformat my workstation and after installing some software. I will encounter this
problem.

 

Numerous audio devices - why?

Looks like you have audio drivers installed for your AMD card. If you don't use it, you should be able to just uninstall that aspect of AMD drivers. I don't use the Audio through my Nvidia card, so I just don't install that driver.

Or, just ignore them as you suggest.
