Windows 10: not able to play some audio files songs that I downloaded from the internet.

I downloaded some songs from a specific internet server and when I tried to play it on 2 of my sony audio systems it said the audio file was corrupted. later I played some older songs ones I had downloaded earlier and it ran completely fine so I set out to check the differences between the old and new files it seemed that the old files had the LENGTH and AUDIO BIT RATE mentioned in their properties but the new ones didn't.., may I know what caused this issue and why I wasn't able to play the files without length and audio bit rate mentioned in their properties.

Song Titles, Artist, Album names in burned Playlist

I have an extensive music collection, but most listening is to playlists. I have tried to follow all hints, suggestions, and directions found (even purchased Uniconverter). Unfortunately, I have never been able to produce a Cd which will play on a car audio system and display song names, artist, etc. on the player screen. Can someone please outline a step by step procedure for either beginning with an existing playlist, or creating one, then continuing through all of the steps necessary to produce a playable Cd with track and artist info displayed.

No sound while playing audio and video files.

I appreciate if you could answer to a few questions to narrow down to the issue.

• Which is the application that you are using to play the files?
• Did you try the same on a different player?
• Did you perform any troubleshooting steps?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to check if the volume is set low or in mute state in Volume Mixer.

• Right click on sound icon.
• Open Volume Mixer check for the application that you are playing the files with and increase the volume and check.

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to run “Playing audio” troubleshooter to diagnose and fix the issue.

Follow these Steps to run Playing Audio Troubleshooter in Windows 10.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Playing audio.

I am getting no sound at all when playing songs?

Make sure the Windows volume is turned up with the icon in the bottom-right. Also make sure the application which is playing the song has it's volume turned up. Also make sure your speakers are plugged into the computer properly. If it's not working after attempting those steps, right-click the audio icon in the bottom-right and open your volume mixer. When the song is playing, you should see the bar next to "speaker" going up and down. If it's doing that, then it should be outputting audio.
