Windows 10: Not able to print off my Microsoft profile

I have been trying to print from home, and I cannot print from my desktop using my microsoft profile. My user profile will not print. I would send print jobs, it would appear briefly in the printer queue, show up in the spool folder, then disappear but no document printed.


I would pause the printer and reprint. The document will appear in the printer queue for a quick second, then disappear. Initially I thought it was my printer, but I am able to print on it from different profiles in the house network printer.


I have updated drivers, removed/re-added the printers they are network printers with no success. I ran through the troubleshooter with no success. I went to my office outside the home and used my office desktop different from my home desktop and cannot print on the office printer - even though the other staff are able to print here no problem.


It has to be something to do with my windows profile. Not sure what else to do

Microsoft Edge "Print Email" not working

I suggest you to make sure that you made the following settings and check if you are able to print.

Step 1:

• 
  Open MS Edge and click on more actions [...]
  
• 
  Click on Settings and select
  Print.
  
• 
  Choose your printer from the list and check if you are able to print.
  

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows key and type
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view by and select large icons.
  
• 
  Open Devices and printers.
  
• 
  Right click on your printer and select set a default printer.

Print from microsoft edge

Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below to print
documents in the Windows 10 Edge browser and check if it helps:

• 
  Once the document is open in Edge, press Ctrl+P or
  More actions button at the top last end of the browser.
  
• 
  Click Print as PDF button.
  
• 
  Check if the document prints as expected.
  

If the above steps did not work, try the next methods.

Method 2: I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Right click on the start button.
• Click Control Panel.
• Select “Hardware and sound”.
• Next select Devices and printers.
• Right click on the device or printers which you need to troubleshoot and select
  troubleshoot and follow the onscreen instruction.
