Windows 10: Not able to properly login since windows 10 crashes everytime due to system service...

Hi,


I using a HP laptop which works on windows 10. Recently, whenever I start my laptop it just boots up, shows me the desktop and crashes again.


It shows a blue screen that "laptop ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some info and we will restart for you". It restarts itself, takes me to sign in screen and once I sign in it stays on desktop for some time and crashes again showing the same blue screen.

I am not able to try any suggestions on the internet because I am not able to have a stable desktop even for 5 minutes. Please help.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Windows 10 Login Crash Loop

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.
