    Not able to redeem rewards from my points


    Whenever i tried to redeem the xbox game pass for pc and confirm it

    It shows the account and order has some issue. I have a laptop and Android on Which I have tried to redeem it .can you plss tell how can i redeem it

    Having an issue with redeeming my Rewards points

    I have enough points to redeem a $5 Xbox gift card, so I go to my rewards dashboard:

    https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/checkout/verify

    And I receive an error stating: Sorry, something went wrong. We're not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while.

    I first received this error on 2/13/19.

    Purchasing a APP with Redeemable Points ?

    Hello Robert,

    Having an option to purchase an app with redeemable points is beneficial, especially, if you've already accumulated a lot of points. To provide you the appropriate steps to redeem the points that you've earned, I'd like to verify the following:

    • Are you trying to redeem points that you've earned by using Microsoft Store? If not, which app are you using to earn the points that you want to use?
    • Are you getting any error messages or error codes?
    • Which application are you trying to purchase?

    Microsoft Rewards offer in UK

    I've never missed the points. Its the first thing I do in the morning lol, I do the searches (in Edge) until I max out for the day, then do the quizzes and the click on "extras" (20 to 40 more points a day). Been doing this since it started and have redeemed over $100 worth of points so far. Spent it all on silly stuff, games and game enhancements, donated a few. I just finished a survey for the rewards program and suggested they add more and different organizations to donate to. Have 7637 points as we speak, I'll be able to get another $10 card sometime next week or so. I love the rewards program!
