  1. Not Able To Reset because of Ransomware


    Quite recently, I made a question about how I should remove ransomware. Now, I'm trying to reset. It does seem simple, but when I try any form of resetting, it gives me the blue screen of death BSOD and leads me back to the home where you enter your PIN/password. A few minutes after I log in, it says 'No Changes were made'. I even tried with shift+restart, but it was no better. Most of my files are corrupted, and I can't launch most games or even the launcher because the files are infected. This is the part 2 of the previous question. I need help to reset this pc, not to remove the ransomw
