    Not able to restart my laptop


    I re-set my Asus vivobook 14 Laptop with Windows 10 64 as i was facing some issues. After a while when it moved onto windows installation, it shut down unexpectedly and then on restarting i got the following error message: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." I tried restarting but it's been stuck in the same loop. I tried searching for solutions, but the only one i found was the Shift+F10 which isn't working. Please guide me on

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
