Windows 10: Not able to see shared files on file explorer.

Discus and support Not able to see shared files on file explorer. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I'm not able to see the shared files on file explorer.     Not able to see shared files on file explorer.


    I'm not able to see the shared files on file explorer. The shared files are visible on onedrive online but they are not syncing to my one drive application on windows. Also when a shortcut is created it says cannot add.
