Windows 10: Not able to set up or reset my Windows Hello PIN

Hello! Yesterday I switched the primary email for the Microsoft account I am signed into on my laptop, and since then my PIN and fingerprint recognition have stopped working. Now I have to log in to my computer with my Microsoft account password and it always prompts me to create a new PIN for my device and I click Next, but then it needs to verify my identity with my microsoft account even though it already verified it with my password and prompts me to enter my PIN, so I enter my current PIN but then it says "Something went wrong" and they weren't able to set it up, so I can either Skip Fo

• Which build version of Windows is your PC running on?

• Open Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.
• Do the same for the Windows Hello.

Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin.

Surface book2; I got this message "Windows Hello PIN Something went wrong. we weren't able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up PIN later" since 2 years ago until now. I looked through all the suggested like NGC file, DISM command, gpedit.msc, and more. I really don't want to reinstall everything because it will cause more problem and time.

please fix this problem.

Unable to create Windows Hello PIN

Hi,

I have just bought second hand Lenovo T470s Laptop, which reset to factory setting (I believe). Now, I am trying to setup the Hello PIN first time and getting the following error:

"we weren't able to set up your pin. you can try again, or skip this step and set up a pin later."

Any suggestion on how to solve this??
