    Not able to sign-in in Windows on new laptop with existing account.


    Hello,I want to sign in in Windows with my account on a new laptop, but it always states: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." The problem is that the account exists all right. Why can't I access on the new laptop?
