Windows 10: Not able to type

It's been months and I'm unable to find a proper solution for my problem. I can't type on windows search, on Microsoft apps while sign-up and in the setting's page. I have tried all those keyboard malfunction fix, but nothing seems to be working. I checked my keyboard through my laptop and it is fine. Can any one tell me how to fix th

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

I found suggestion on MS forums that could work. Did you tried this?

In order to understand the issue in a better manner, I would like to ask you a few questions.

  Have you tried the settings in Internet Explorer?
  

I suggest you to follow the below method and check if you can type in Greek language.

Follow these steps to add a language to Internet Explorer.

• 
  Open Internet Explorer from desktop.
  
• 
  Click the Tools button, and then click
  Internet Options.
  
• 
  Click the General tab, and then click
  Languages.
  
• 
  In the Language Preference dialog box, click
  Add.
  
• 
  In the Add Language dialog box, select Greek language from the list, and then click
  OK.
  
• 
  Repeat steps d and e until you have added all of the languages you want to use.
  
• 
  Click OK twice.
  

Note: If you are unable to see tool
option, I suggest you to right click on the Internet Explorer and mark Menu bar as visible.
