Windows 10: not able to update windows 10

I am on update 1909 nothing I do seems to be able to force it to update the windows tools do not work like the update assistant, the windows 10 setup and the windows 10 installer all 3 of the will not update or wipe my pc to redownload windows 10 to try and make it update the error code is 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 all my drivers are up to date and I do not have a 3ed party antivirus software

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
