Windows 10: Not able to upgrade to windows 11 on new HP PROBOOK 450 G8

Hi,I am not able to upgrade from windows 10 pro to windows 11 on my brand new HP PROBOOK 450 G8. I don't see upgrade feature in update and security in windows.HP support team directed me to contact Microsoft.Please help.I have already check PC health check, compatibility all are fine.

HP Probook 450 G3 Screen Flashing on Low Brightness

I just bought a new HP Probook 450 G3 few days back. After using it for a couple of days, I started noticing screen flashing/flickering when lowering the brightness. This happened both on Windows 7 and Windows 10. I have tried reinstalling and updating Intel HD graphic drivers but that doesn't work. I have also tried installing windows 10 updates but problem still persists. The only way to avoid screen flashing is to keep brightness level high.

The flickering that I see is more like a light bulb flickering. I am not sure if this is a software or hardware issue. Does anyone else face this issue with HP laptops. If so, did you manage to fix it?

The HP ProBook s-series includes:

• HP ProBook 4410s and HP ProBook 4415s – Feature a 14-inch diagonal 16:9 HD widescreen LED backlight display, integrated optical drive with Blu-ray option and choice of ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 or Intel GMA X4500 HD graphics controller. Wireless connectivity includes standard Wi-Fi certified WLAN and optional integrated Bluetooth wireless technology. The notebooks also incorporate an HDMI port to connect to HD displays, and include Intel (4410s) or AMD (4415s) processors to offer a variety of options for mobility and longer battery life.
