Windows 10: Not able to use internal speakers on Windows 11 laptop after going through the "change...

Hello, I was messing around in the "change system sounds" window on my windows 11 laptop trying to get it to play audio on 2 Bluetooth devices at once. However I think I accidentally disabled the computer's internal speaker. It doesn't play sound from it and it says there are no audio devices if no other things are connected. I've checked the show disabled devices and the internal speakers are not showing up, I've also tried resetting some audio settings. Any help would be great, thanks.

Laptop internal speakers

Since updating my laptop to Windows 11 my laptop doesn't seem to find the internal speakers. The sound icon on the taskbar show mute. If I click to the settings there is nothing I can see about internalspeakers and I'm unable to change the volume levels.

 

no sound plays through internal speakers

I cannot get any sound to play through the internal speakers of my laptop. It did play previously. The speaker in the task bar has a red and white x and the trouble shooter says no speakers headphones plugged in. When I pull up the info on sound it lists
its location at HDMI port. Suggestions?
