Windows 10: Not able to use my mouse - USB xHCI error 52

hello, I am not able to use my mouse at all and have tried uninstalling and restarting my pc multiple times to fix this. I go to device manager and it shows this for my USB connections apologies for not just showing the pic, it said the files failed to uploadI have looked online for the past hour and still have not found how to fix it and download the driver again to fix things

Try a different Mouse and a different USB Port.

Try the Win 7 Troubleshooting which resides in the control panel.

code 52 generally relates to a Driver Error or a bad digital signature / outdated signature for the driver.

Code 52 for USB Mouse (Mad Catz RAT 3)

The link to the .evtx file did not appear to work so could you try re-posting that link again - make sure the .evtx file is in a public folder shared with everyone.

The .nfo file showed the following for "Problem Devices" :

[Problem Devices]

Device PNP_Device_ID Error_Code

Programmable Root Enumerator ROOT\PROGRAMMING_SUPPORT\0000 52

Mad Catz R.A.T.3 Mouse (USB) USB\VID_0738&PID_1703\5&5BEBA3D&0&3 52

Both the Mad Catz mouse and "Programmable Root Enumerator" show a "Code 52".

Can you open the Device Manager and expand "Programming Support"

What devices are listed and what devices show a "Code 52" ?

Your issue seems to have been reported before such as in the following link and it appears the issue is with the drivers themselves:
