Windows 10: Not able to view my scheduled exam

I registered for online Microsoft exam on 14th April for tomorrow. But now I could not see my scheduled exam in Dashboard and while clicking onto "Start my previously scheduled.." ot says the Sign in is not supported. I tried all the browsers and also in private browser, still the issue. Please help me find a solution ASAP

Method 1: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with system. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your System
Maintenance.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the System Maintenance troubleshooter.

And also ensure that the Task Scheduler service is running.

• 
  Follow the steps to check the service.
  
• 
  Press Windows + R, type Services.msc
  
• 
  Select the Task scheduler service and restart the service and check if it helps.

Task Scheduler with error message The selected task »CreateChoiceProcessTask« no longer exists

I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.
