Windows 10: Not able to view or preview pictures in Windows Explorer

    Windows 10 - Not able to view or preview pictures in Windows Explorer

    I suspect my problem started after installing CorelDraw software which included Corel Connect X8. I am not certain but this possible affected my ability to view or preview JPGs.

    I am not able to view or preview pictures in Windows 10 file explorer. I have not been able to view since I upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8.1. Where the pictures are suppose to be it looks liked pictures of mountains

    RESOLVED!

    Part 1: No more OneDrive for me. No more Read Only documents while opening from http://d.docs.live.net/etc... No more inexplicable special effects, thank you.

    Part 2: Move (or copy) all of your directories with affected files (attribute ALP, and showing no icon or preview in Explorer) to another volume (they will now show up), and move (or copy) them back to their original location.

    Problem solved.

    Apparently, files lose their problem attributes along the way...
