Windows 10: not acces to give exam on Onvue , its showing wrong code.

I have scheduled my exam for today 22nd july 2023 ,9:15 a.m, when i logged in OnVUE at 8:30a.m .I click on the start the exam then OnVUE is closed ,When i again logged in, its showing that code is wrong. please help for schedule my certification exam again.please help to schedule my exam again for certification.

AZ900 Exam-Wowza outage

I had my AZ-900 exam scheduled, and during my pre-exam check in the OnVue platform was not able to complete the network test. It got till 75% and kept saying network failed. I had turned of my windows firewall and my internet connection was good. I checked the website and it showed that there was a "Partial Outage for US East"

I tried to contact a representative via chat and telephone. The Help Bot said "I will get the right person from my team to help you out." over two hours and hasn't gotten back to me yet and calling the says "all circuits are busy." At this point I rather reschedule my exam, but because I wasn't able to start my last exam, it shows that "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time."

Really frustrated about this.

Has anyone encountered this situation before and is there a suggestion for resolving it?

Hi - I am independent expert, let me see if I can help you with this, I like helping fellow PC folks with their issues.

Wow that is frustrating I feel for you - for one of my exams the vendor had a specific list of external web cams they supported. It might be worth asking them that.

There is a system test here from VUE I would recommend running that and if its passes ask them to explain why it fails on the test - maybe reach out to them and ask for an in person test given the repeated fails.

I assume you can use your webcam for calls on Teams with friends successfully? and you only have one webcam connected the PC - so they are seeing the right feed? You will be surprised how many times people have the laptop lid close and are using the webcam
on the monitor but all your see is the inside of the lid!

So, I used the minecraft redeem code from the java version onto the windows 10, but the code was used to the wrong acc. Can I refund this or am I able to download online from the microsoft store w/out opening the microsoft store app?
