Windows 10: Not all Calendar Items Show up in System Tray

Hello,


Since updating to the latest version of Windows 1909, build 18363.476, calendar invites that I have not said yes to are not showing up in the calendar system tray pop out. But they show up in the calendar app.


If I accept (say yes I'm going) through the windows calendar app it does not seem to change their status. Therefore they don't show up.

If I do it from Gmail, it does not seem to change it in the calendar app either.


I feel like this is not how it should work and I have missed a few meetings because of it.


I have tried adding and removing the account.

Lost clock and calendar from system tray after update on September 25, 2016

Hi,

There are several reasons why this issue happens. To help you resolve this concern, we suggest that you adjust the height of the system tray. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the system tray.
• Make sure that the Lock all taskbars
  option is unchecked.
• Try positioning your cursor at the top edge of the system tray until you see a vertical line with arrows at both tips.
  
• Hold the left mouse button down and drag the edge of the system tray upward to expand it.

System tray clock /calendar

To clarify my observations...On the computer that I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, the system tray calendar displays properly, both the old and the new depending upon the registry value. On the computer that upgraded from Window 7 to Window
10, the system tray calendar did not display until I added a registry key and set it to a value of 1, then it displayed the old calendar. When I set the registry to display the new calendar, then nothing happens. When I set the registry back to display the
legacy calendar then the old calendar displays as expected.

all the services to which it depends this one are actually set to -automatic- and are all working...

i've just unistalled and do the exact procedure suggested by marsmimar..but did really not solve
