Windows 10: not allowed to change Automatic File Download to OFF

Aer numerous hours of fixing my privacy settings BACK TO WHAT I HAD SET THEM AT, I am now dealing with another privacy dilemna. But if anyone could advice how to keep my privacy settings from being changed to allow in Edge which is Microsoft which that has not helped any with any of my settings in Microsoft being adhered to by their products.The latest update came with more privacy challenges, under Settings , Automatic File Download, the option to change the 'Allow ' to off' is grayed out and can't be changed. Please tell me there is a work around

EMUI

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

And you’re done!

 

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
