    Not allowing me to take the path exception to re-activate my windows


    Hi, after installing a new motherboard to my computer I've had a problem re-activating my windows 10. I had a digital license because i upgraded from windows 8 to 10 for free.
    I follow through with all the support steps online and go to the troubleshooter and try doing the 'path exception' route. However when I click the device I am using and press activate, it still says 'Unable to re-activate windows'


    Can someone help?

    Add a path to $PATH?

    what exactly do you need to decipher about that path line? also, what are you installing? perhaps i can help.

    Yeah, I think you're right. I think the purpose of the echo command was to check if ~/bin was in the $PATH file. My problem is that I can't decipher the output and I don't know how to add ~/bin to the $PATH file.

    Just for clarification, the snippet of instructions I gave is just a few steps in the installation process. Nothing is actually supposed to be installed with those steps.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
