Windows 10: not alnowed to use Diogenes software

I am trying to install diogenes software academic tool for using the TLG ancient greek texts database.I am an academic, using tlg and diogenes from time immemorial. The present version also. TLG is of course not the only, but the main reason I use the computer.There was no problem until now. But now, the moment I try to open the setup, there pops a window, urgiing me to use software from the store. Because allegedly Diogenes is dangerous.OK, I have understood the supposed danger. Will you please let me assume this responsibilty, use my software, do my everyday job, knowing the danger that

Problem in opening files through other softwares

If the issue is with an app which is installed from Store, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the app in which you are facing the issue and click
  Uninstall.
• Open the Windows Store.
• Search for the app and click on Install.
  
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue is with a software installed, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the program and check if that helps. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Programs and Features.
• Right click on the software in which you are facing the issue from the list and click on Uninstall.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
• Now reinstall the program and check.

Is there a software that can keep your pc clean, fix it etc

There is no single software application that can perform all of the desired steps.

There are multiple software that can perform steps but the unexpected can always happen.

These are some suggested software:

1) Run the Dell software to update drivers, software, and BIOS
2) Run the Dell diagnostics to check hardware
3) Run Ccleaner to clean (modify the boxes to specify what is and is not cleaned)
Use the software to clean windows and applications.
Don't use the tool to clean the registry.
4) Make a backup image in case there are unexpected problems
