Windows 10: Not charging

I have been having problems with my laptop not charging and now when I tried to charge it , it won't charge at all and I have tried to restart it but nothing works and I need help.

• Open Control Panel. You can open it by performing search through search field or Cortana.
• Click View by, then select Small icons.

• Click Power to run the troubleshooter.

Unable to access play and charge cable on Xbox 360
