Windows 10: Not correct download speeds.

I have gigabit internet that I am paying for, but when conducting speed tests on my windows 10 computer I struggle to get above 200 download speeds. I have a gigabit adapter that I bought UE300 USB 3.0 to gigabit and still nothing. It can't be an ethernet or router issue as through wifi on my phone I get 645 Mbps download and on my brother's Mac computer using the same ethernet cord he got 950 Mbps download. My pc specs if needed are a 2060 super, AMD ryzen 2700, and a gigabyte B450M DS3H mother board. I would appreciate the help as it is annoying paying for gigabit speeds just to receive less than 200 download.

Slow Download Speed

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.

Microsoft store download speeds and windows 10 app load speeds are very slow

Hi Riel,

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?
