Windows 10: Not getting all my Emails that I’m used to getting for payment confirmations, banking, etc....

I used to get confirmation when I scheduled credit card payments or paid bills but now they don’t seem to come through and they are not in my junk. I did use S mode on my new laptop; could it be blocking them? I usually get my email on my phone.

• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

 

not able to add payment option

i have a VISA ELECTRON card instead of just "visa". also it may not be an international debit card as it doesnt have the word "international" printed anywhere. could this be an issue?
