Windows 10: Not getting faster wifi speed

I have Asus TUF A17 and my friend has victus the problem is on a same wifi connection he is getting download speed of 20Mbps and i am getting in Kbps and also the wifi plan is of 100 Mbps and he can strem 4K vedio without any buffer but I am facing buffering issues even in 1080P i have wifi 6. so anyone help me to fix this probem. even my phone is able to download upto 4Mbps but my laptop is not going above 1Mbps

Internet Speed Faster in Safe Mode, Native Ookla App

Start your system normally

Get a command prompt. I would then suggest changing the directory to the root making the text files easier to find.

cd\

then the command

net start > norm.txt

This will list all services running in normal mode.

Start in Safe mode

Command prompt

cd\

then

net start > safe.txt

You can then compare these two lists. ( I might copy and paste text into a spreadsheet for comaprison purposes). I've google several articles and they all come back to an AV running in normal mode. I would check the list of services in normal mode. Could be an old AV that you removed but some component remains.
