Windows 10: not getting the windows 11 update in windows 10

it has been 2 years i think so since the windwos 11 has released and everybody said tha tif you have windwos 10 then you will automatically get teh windwos 11 update in the update section in settings so i just waitied now it has been 2 years and no updates at all reagrding windows 11 all the update i am getting is windows 10 .i dont want to update through the windows assistant or any other iso file since there are chances of data loss with them so i just want to have an update to windows 11 through the update section in the settings.i even searched it up on youtube and that told me to join t

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
