Windows 10: Not getting top header in Settings

Hello, I have a computer running Windows 10 21H2 the latest version of Windows 10 and I am not getting the header in Windows settings. The header that shows Account name, Microsoft 365 and Onedrive is not visible. Only the settings with the search bar is visible, and the settings tiles. Can anyone please suggest a way to get the settings top header? Thanks in advance. By the way, Mach2 did NOT work for me, so I am asking for answers that are not related to Mach2.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Settings Header

If you look at the top left is says Settings.

This header is being sent out to random computers. I have it on 3 of my 7 computers so it is not to users but to computers.
